In the Classroom: Jesters of the Middle Ages

True Kelly subbed for an 8th grade class at Bowman Middle School. The students had been studying life in Europe during the Middle Ages. True brought the time period to life through an interactive thematic approach – including costuming, photographing and drawing the results. True’s background as a professional clown came into play with a special focus on the role of the jester in that society.
